The Floor Covering Association of Southern California (FCASC) is an association dedicated to promoting the floor covering industry. FCASC's purpose is to support and advocate for its signatory floor covering contractor members. FCASC contractor members are the highest skilled floor contractors in Southern California. FCASC provisions the community and membership by providing vital resources that promulgates the trade and grow membership on a professional level.
